In today's data-driven environment, Innovative Results provides services that will enhance the interpretation and analysis of assessment results and will use those results to inform staff training and drive the instructional process.  We develop predictive models and conduct student growth analyses to help improve academic performance. Innovative Results can also provide data management support by creating a robust data structure that will help schools collect, organize and analyze data more efficiently.

Instructional Support Services

For students with disabilities and English language learners, Innovative Results creates strategies to ensure that schools comply with federal, state, and local laws while supporting student services and integrating them into daily instructional practices. This includes building internal compliance monitoring systems and utilizing data to make better informed student services decisions.

Innovative Results understands that professional development is an integral part of a teacher's education. Continuous training allows teachers to keep their professional skills and knowledge current and helps them to acquire deep competency in their field. Our company designs customized professional development programs that are grounded in day-to-day instructional and leadership practices.
